Business Hours & Fees

Please inquire for scheduling.

 

Counselling hours are typically 9am-5pm on weekdays. Evening appointments are also available. Appointments can be scheduled outside of these days/hours if needed.

  • Accepted method of payment is via e-transfer or credit card.

​

  • Emails will be returned during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. 

After hours and in case of crisis/emergency:

Call 9-11 if there is a risk to you or someone else's safety.

Counselling & Assessment Services

Confidential sessions in the office, video, or phone

Individual session:

$235 per hour

 

Family or couple session:

$245 per hour​​​

Rates are based from the recommended fee schedule set out by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta (January 2025).

  • Student pricing available, please inquire. 

  • Inform us if you are a BC client claiming your service through the RCC designation. 

  • Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement. 

 

Many extended health benefits plans cover services provided by a Registered Provisional Psychologist (supervised by a Registered Psychologist), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Sara has all three of these certifications. Formal Assessments are also covered by some healthcare plans. Please confirm with your service provider if your plan offers this type of coverage.
